Minimum rates are based on the dollar value of your order and will show upon check-out (before order confirmation). Large or heavy orders will be shipped via Fedex Ground only. Any order over 2lbs may ship by ground service. Actual shipping charges are billed to the card used, as agreed to upon check-out. Smaller orders (under $50) may ship by the most USPS Priority Mail at our discretion if under 2 lbs.

We ship anywhere in the continental United States. International shipping is available, with some country restrictions. Orders over 2 pounds in weight, or rocks, are shipped in the USA or APO/FPO only. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. We may require additional information for your order, we will email you with any requirements for processing. We reserve the right to ship only to the valid billing address for the credit card used. We reserve the right to restrict any orders to cleared funds (Money Order or Cashiers check drawn on an American Bank in American Funds).

Due to manufacturing changes or improvements, packaging of products may vary from those pictured or described on our website. If an item is out of stock at the time we process your order, it will be removed from the order and the total will be adjusted appropriately.

Weights, sizes, and colors of our products may vary. We are mainly a wholesale business and do not offer returns. Any exception granted for a return will be subject to up to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If your order was damaged in shipping you must notify us immediately. You may return an item for replacement within 10 days of the shipment date if your order was damaged in shipping, unless it was insured. Insured packages: claims are filed directly with the shipper (UPS or FedEx) immediately return all the articles, container, and packaging to file your claim with them.

Typographical Errors aka Typos

In the event that one of our products or services is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information due to error or information from suppliers, we shall have the right to cancel, refuse or correct any orders with incorrect pricing (we would contact you for approval for change or cancel the order(s)). We may cancel/refuse these orders regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or card charged. We would refund the order amount immediately if the card was charged.
