after the order is entered for packing. Then 1-2 days later for delivery, USA
only. We no longer ship outside of the USA.

Return Policy:We are mainly a WHOLESALE BUSINESS (NO SALES TAX ID REQUIRED) and do not offer returns or exchanges. You may email a request for an exception to exchange for in store credit. Any exception granted for a return will be subject to up to a 30% restocking fee.
You may return an item for replacement within 10 days of the shipment date, if it was damaged in shipping. Insured packages: claims are filed directly with the shipper (UPS or USPS). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All exchanges for damage must be accompanied by the packing slip and include a return authorization number from customer service (email for assistance). You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.

Shipping and handling fees are always non-refundable. The minimum shipping rate will show upon checkout. Shipping outside of the USA is a minimum of $20 plus actual Air Parcel Post charges from the US Postal Service registered mail.

Mail Orders may be sent to the above address, see below for shipping rates. They may be hand written or printed from the checkout screen. Payment for mail orders by US Dollar money orders or cashiers checks drawn on American Banks only, payable to: RockCandles.com, LLC Please include contact email address and phone number with your order. Mail orders generally ship in 1-6 weeks (1-2 weeks if in stock, 2-6 weeks if out of stock when we receive your order). Please include your email address, we will email you if there are additional delays and email shipping information when your order is processed. Payment by check will delay shipping by 2-4 weeks. If shipping is more than supplied with the order we will advise you by email or telephone. Shipping Rates: Minimum shipping/handling rate is $6.95. Minimum rates are based on the dollar value of your order and will show upon check-out (before order confirmation). Large or heavy orders will be shipped via Fedex Ground only. Any order over 2lbs may ship by ground service. Actual shipping charges are billed to the card used, as agreed to upon check-out. Smaller orders (under $50) may ship by the most USPS Priority Mail at our discretion if under 2 lbs.

International shipping is available, with some country restrictions. Orders over 2 pounds in weight, or rocks, are shipped in the USA or APO/FPO only. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. We may require additional information for your order, we will email you with any requirements for processing. We reserve the right to ship only to the valid billing address for the credit card used. We reserve the right to restrict any orders to cleared funds (Money Order or Cashiers check drawn on an American Bank in American Funds).
Due to manufacturing changes or improvements, packaging of products may vary from those pictured or described on our website. If an item is out of stock at the time we process your order, it will be removed from the order and the total will be adjusted appropriately.

If you require signature for delivery you must request it on the special message screen upon checkout. If you live in a high-risk area we suggest you request signature confirmation. We will not be responsible for theft or loss. Requests in the special message area of checkout will also show on your automatic email confirmation. If you believe you requested signature confirmation but do not see it on your order confirmation you must contact us by email reply immediately. We reserve the right to require signature for delivery of any order and may cancel any order at our discretion. Orders may not be cancelled, however if you would like to attempt to cancel an order before shipping you may email your request (see above for email address) including your name and order number. If we are able to pull your order before processing we will accommodate your request. If you order has been processed, shipping/handling fees are non-refundable. In the event an order is returned as unaccepted or undeliverable shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
If your order was damaged in shipping you must notify us immediately. You may return an item for replacement within 10 days of the shipment date if your order was damaged in shipping, unless it was insured. Insured packages: claims are filed directly with the shipper (UPS or FedEx) immediately return all the articles, container, and packaging to file your claim with them.
